Woman Refuses to Cover Entitled Coworker’s Shifts After She Calls Her Lazy for Not Having Kids, Leading to an Office Dispute
It's funny how some people resent others for not wanting exactly the same things they do, or for living life differently. For example, there are many parents out there who end up resenting those who are not interested in having kids, and act as if those who do not become parents are insulting those who do.
The entitled mother in this Reddit story acts exactly like that when she accuses OP (original poster) of being lazy because she doesn't have any kids. What is even more ridiculous is that the woman, OP's coworker, needed OP to cover one of her shifts and only started throwing accusations at OP when she refused. But if you think about it, if OP did have kids, she probably wouldn't have been able to help her coworker at all, so it actually benefits the coworker that OP doesn't have kids. But still, people (especially parents) love to complain…
